Appraise your Item(s)
Personal Property
The market has already determined the value of every item, based on recent sales activity of other exact or very similar like, kind, and quality items. In other words, “something is truly worth what others are willing to pay for it.” Our national team of accredited, independent appraisers at ValuePros are experts at accurately identifying items and have the latest market comparable sales data that supports the current market value. We independently appraise thousands of items per month from throughout the country, to inform owners what the current Fair Market Value of the item is, today, so they can make an informed selling decision. We help sellers understand the selling value of:
- Real Estate
- Fine Art
- Decorative Art
- Jewelry
- Collectibles
- Memorabilia
- Furniture and Furnishings
- Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment
- Bulk Retail and Wholesale Inventory
- General Residential and Office Contents
In the independent appraisal profession, we have an adage, “never ask someone what something is worth when they want it from you.” As independent appraisers, it is unethical for us to offer to purchase an item we are appraising. We are paid an agreed upon fee for the appraisal procedure, no matter the ultimate market value of the piece. This compensation arrangement makes our fee independent of the value of the item. We have no reason not to be truthful in the amount the market has determined, based on recent, valid, comparable sales data.
As a bonus, after the appraisal of your item(s), when we understand exactly what you have and what the market demand (value) is, we will advise, guide and consult with you on how best to sell your item(s) to maximize your selling profit. There is no additional cost for selling guidance.
